These Terms of Service govern the use of the SLAMit · Tennis League platform. The platform is intended for organizing a closed tennis community, in particular for managing players, leagues, availability, challenges, matches, and messages between members.
Registration is required to use the platform. By registering, you confirm that your information is accurate and that you are at least 16 years old. You must keep your access credentials confidential and must not make them available to third parties.

Messaging features may be used only for league-related communication. Maintain a respectful tone. Harassment, intimidation, publishing other people's private data, or repeatedly sending unwanted messages is not permitted.
In the event of violations of these Terms of Service or other misuse, content may be restricted, accounts may be suspended temporarily or permanently, and administrative measures may be taken within the league. The chosen measure depends on the severity, frequency, and risk of the violation in question.

We strive to operate the platform reliably, but we do not owe uninterrupted or error-free availability at all times. To the extent permitted by law, we are liable only for intent and gross negligence. Mandatory statutory liability provisions remain unaffected.
German law applies, subject to mandatory statutory protective provisions. If individual provisions of these Terms of Service are or become wholly or partially ineffective, the validity of the remaining provisions remains unaffected.
